Cocoa Pebbles SMores Bars
Ingredients
- about 8 whole graham crackers
- 1 8 sq pkg Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 6 Tbsp butter or margarine divided
- 1 10 oz pkg miniature marshmallows
- 1 13 oz pkg Post Cocoa Pebbles cereal
Directions
- Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil
- Grease bottom and sides of foil-lined pan
- Place graham crackers on bottom of pan cutting crackers to fit
- Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter in microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes
- Stir until melted
- Spread 12 of the melted chocolate over graham crackers
- Microwave remaining 4 tablespoons butter in 4 quart microwavable bowl on High 45 seconds or until melted
- Add marshmallows
- Mix to coat Microwave 1 12 minutes or until melted stirring after 45 seconds Add cereal
- Mix to coat well
- Press firmly over chocolate-coated graham crackers in pan
- Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate Cool
- Cut into squares
- Makes 24
