Cocoa Pebbles SMores Bars

Ingredients

• about 8 whole graham crackers
• 1 8 sq pkg Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate
• 6 Tbsp butter or margarine divided
• 1 10 oz pkg miniature marshmallows
• 1 13 oz pkg Post Cocoa Pebbles cereal

Directions

1. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil
2. Grease bottom and sides of foil-lined pan
3. Place graham crackers on bottom of pan cutting crackers to fit
4. Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter in microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes
5. Stir until melted
6. Spread 12 of the melted chocolate over graham crackers
7. Microwave remaining 4 tablespoons butter in 4 quart microwavable bowl on High 45 seconds or until melted
8. Add marshmallows
9. Mix to coat Microwave 1 12 minutes or until melted stirring after 45 seconds Add cereal
10. Mix to coat well
11. Press firmly over chocolate-coated graham crackers in pan
12. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate Cool
13. Cut into squares
14. Makes 24
