  • 3 c sugar
  • 3 c all-purpose flour
  • 14 tsp baking soda
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen coconut thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp coconut flavoring

Directions

  10. to creamed mixture stirring just until blended

  14. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes
  15. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack
