Coconut-Orange Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 tsp grated orange rind
• 14 c flaked coconut
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 12 c whipping cream whipped

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Fold in whipped cream
3. Chill several hours
4. Makes 1 13 cups
