Coconut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 sandwich loaf unsliced bread
- 1 small can shredded coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
- 14 tsp blue cake coloring
- 1 tsp banana flavoring
Directions
- Cut bread into oblong shape 2 x 1-inch
- Use a teaspoon and put the condensed milk on each side of the bread
- Mix the coloring and banana flavoring with the coconut
- Spread the coconut over the slices of bread
- Place slices on a greased baking sheet
- Bake at 250 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Serve hot or cold
