Coconut Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf white bread
  • 14 c coconut
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • brown sugar
  • nuts
  • raisins
  • margarine

Directions

  1. Line a well-buttered pan with white bread slices cut in quarters
  2. Spread coconut on top of bread
  3. Mix milk sugar eggs and vanilla with a spoon
  4. Spoon enough to soak bread then layer bread and milk until done
  5. Dot top with margarine
  6. Sprinkle with sugar brown sugar cinnamon nuts raisins and coconut
  7. Bake at 350 until brown
  8. This is a good way to use old biscuits rolls and bread
