Coconut Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 small loaf white bread
- 14 c coconut
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 12 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- brown sugar
- nuts
- raisins
- margarine
Directions
- Line a well-buttered pan with white bread slices cut in quarters
- Spread coconut on top of bread
- Mix milk sugar eggs and vanilla with a spoon
- Spoon enough to soak bread then layer bread and milk until done
- Dot top with margarine
- Sprinkle with sugar brown sugar cinnamon nuts raisins and coconut
- Bake at 350 until brown
- This is a good way to use old biscuits rolls and bread
