Coconut Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 34 stick margarine
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 12 c coconut
Directions
- Slightly beat eggs and melt margarine
- Combine all ingredients and pour in an unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then reduce oven temperature to 350
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean
