Coconut Cake And Icing

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c coconut milk or 12 coconut milk and 12 regular milk
- 3 c sifted cake flour
- 34 to 1 c shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c white sugar
- 34 c Crisco
- 2 12 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- coconut extract to taste
Directions
- Cream eggs sugar and Crisco
- Add milk baking powder flour vanilla and coconut
- Bake 30 minutes at 350
