Coconut Caramel Pie

Ingredients

  • 14 c margarine melted
  • 7 oz coconut
  • 12 c pecans chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 16 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 jar caramel topping
  • 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts or baked pie crusts

Directions

  1. Brown coconut and pecans in melted margarine Set aside Mix cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth Fold in Cool Whip Layer crust with cream cheese mixture then coconut with pecans Drizzle caramel topping on top and freeze
