Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1-12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornmeal
- 1 scant cup cold water
- 1 c coconut
- 14 c butter melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Beat eggs slightly add remaining ingredients in order given mix well Pour into pie shell Bake at 425 for 10 minutes Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 35 minutes
