Coconut Chews
Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 12 c light cream
- 4 c corn flakes
- 1 c shredded coconut
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Combine sugar syrup and cream in saucepan
- Cook over low heat stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved
- Continue cooking without stirring to soft ball stage
- Remove from heat fold in corn flakes coconut and nuts
- Press into buttered pan
