Coconut Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 14 c oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 carton 1 c sour cream
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl blend all ingredients on low setting then beat 2 to 3 minutes on medium
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350
- Cool
