Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 14 c oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 carton 1 c sour cream

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl blend all ingredients on low setting then beat 2 to 3 minutes on medium
  2. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350
  3. Cool
