Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 12 c shortening
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 3 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz pkg coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp coconut flavoring
Directions
- Mix butter or margarine shortening and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes
- Add cream cheese and eggs
- Add flour soda salt and vanilla
- Mix until blended
- Stir in coconut
- Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 325 for 1 12 hours
