Coconut Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 13 stick margarine
• 34 c white sugar
• 1 egg
• 12 c cultured sour cream
• 1 c flaked coconut
• 1 level tsp soda
• 2 c flour
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Cream margarine
2. Add sugar beat until fluffy
3. Add egg beat with electric or wire beater until well blended
4. Add sour cream soda and salt
5. Add 1 cup flour
6. Beat well
7. Add the coconut then remaining flour
8. Drop with teaspoon on greased cookie sheet Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
