Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 1 lb boxes confectioners sugar
  • 14 c butter
  • 1 14 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 cans coconut 3 12 oz cans
  • 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 34 block paraffin

Directions

  1. Mix well the cream cheese sugar butter vanilla and salt Add coconut and mix again
  2. Shape into eggs
  3. Cool in refrigerator
  4. In double boiler melt chocolate chips and paraffin
  5. Dip eggs in chocolate
