Coconut Cream Pie 2

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 12 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can coconut
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients first
- Add liquid ingredients
- Cook on top of stove until mixture becomes firm
- Pour into pie shells already browned
- Save egg whites for icing to go on top of pies This recipe makes 2 pies
