Coconut Cream Pie Or Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, separated
• 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 c. milk
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
• 1 unbaked pie shell
