Ingredients
1 pie shell baked
3 c milk
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp flour
14 stick oleo
34 c flaked coconut
18 tsp salt
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
Directions
In a double boiler place 2 34 cups of milk and cook until hot
In a small bowl mix flour cornstarch you can use 6 tablespoons of flour if you have no cornstarch the 14 cup of milk sugar egg yolks and salt beat well
Add to hot milk and cook until thick
Add vanilla stir and let cool
Add coconut to cooked custard holding back a sprinkle
