Coconut Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 small can coconut
- 6 slices white loaf bread
Directions
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking sheet with Pam set aside
- Pour entire contents of Eagle Brand milk into a shallow dish
- Cut slices of loaf bread in half and dip into Eagle Brand milk
- Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle each slice with coconut
- Place on lower rack and broil until coconut is lightly toasted
- Serve warm or at room temperature
