Coconut Custard

Ingredients
- 6 eggs well beaten
- 34 c buttermilk
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c frozen coconut thawed
Directions
- Add all ingredients together
- Blend well
- Bake in oblong Pyrex dish lightly sprayed with Pam
- Cook in preheated oven at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes
- Serve warm or cold
