Coconut Custard

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs well beaten
  • 34 c buttermilk
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c frozen coconut thawed

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together
  2. Blend well
  3. Bake in oblong Pyrex dish lightly sprayed with Pam
  4. Cook in preheated oven at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes
  5. Serve warm or cold
