Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/3 c. softened oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can coconut
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend well 1 to 3 minutes.
  2. Pour into an ungreased pie pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
