Coconut Delight
Ingredients
- 12 gal ice cream
- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
- 14 c sugar and
- 1 12 stick of melted oleo
- 1 c milk
- 3 boxes coconut cream instant pudding jello is best
Directions
- Spray a large pan
- Place 12 gallon of vanilla ice cream in a bowl to soften
- Crush 2 sleeves of crackers
- Add sugar and stick of melted oleo
- Mix together and press in bottom of pan
- Mix softened ice cream with 1 cup milk and 3 boxes coconut cream instant pudding
- Spread over the crust - Freeze for 4 hours
- Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut optional
- May be refrozen
