Coconut Eggnog

Ingredients
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 c light rum
- 2 large eggs beaten
Directions
- Simmer first 4 ingredients
- Mix 1 cup into eggs
- Mix back into pan
- Stir over low heat 5 minutes to thicken
- Strain and chill
- Add nutmeg if desired
