Coconut Lemon Sours

Ingredients
- 1 c unsifted flour
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 13 c soft butter
- 18 tsp salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 c brown sugar packed
- 1 c Angel Flake coconut
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients press into a 9 x 9-inch pan
- Bake 15 minutes at 350
- Mix remaining ingredients add to crust
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
