Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp flour
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites room temp
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flaked coconut
Directions
- Mix together flour sugar and salt
- Beat till stiff egg whites
- Fold in dry ingredients vanilla and coconut
- Drop on greased sheet
- Bake at 325 for 20-25 mins
- If doubled will make approx 40
