Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 12 c sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 2 egg whites room temp
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Mix together flour sugar and salt
  2. Beat till stiff egg whites
  3. Fold in dry ingredients vanilla and coconut
  4. Drop on greased sheet
  5. Bake at 325 for 20-25 mins
  6. If doubled will make approx 40
