Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients

  • 23 c evaporated milk
  • 2 egg yolks beaten
  • 23 c sugar
  • 13 c butter
  • 23 c chopped pecans
  • 1 c flaked coconut
  • 34 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine milk sugar yolks butter and vanilla
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened about 10 minutes
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add nuts and coconut
  5. Beat until cool
