Coconut Pecan Frosting
Ingredients
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- 23 c sugar
- 13 c butter
- 23 c chopped pecans
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 34 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine milk sugar yolks butter and vanilla
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened about 10 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Add nuts and coconut
- Beat until cool
