Coconut Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 34 c corn syrup
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c butter or margarine melted
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 12 c flaked coconut
- 2 c pecan halves
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
Directions
- Combine eggs sugar syrup vanilla and salt in large bowl and mix well
- Combine butter and cocoa stir into egg mixture Add pecans and coconut mix well
- Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 about 50 minutes or until set

- 1 pie
