Coconut Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 4 eggs beaten
• 3 c all purpose flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 c pecans chopped
• 1 c coconut flaked
• 2 tsp coconut extract

Directions

1. Combine together sugar oil and eggs
2. Beat well and set aside
