Coconut Pecan Topping

Ingredients
- 23 c sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 13 c flaked coconut
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 13 c margarine
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- In medium saucepan combine sugar milk egg yolks and margarine
- Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil
- Remove from heat
- Stir in coconut pecans and vanilla Cool 15 minutes and spread on top layers of German chocolate cake
