Coconut Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine softened
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c sifted cake flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar beating well at medium speed
- Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
- Combine flour baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture gradually adding milk beginning and ending with flour mixture Mix after each addition
- Add flour and mix
- Pour into 3 greased 9-inch pans and bake at 350 for 23 to 30 minutes
