Coconut Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter or margarine softened
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c sifted cake flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp almond

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar beating well at medium speed
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  3. Combine flour baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture gradually adding milk beginning and ending with flour mixture Mix after each addition
  4. Add flour and mix
  5. Pour into 3 greased 9-inch pans and bake at 350 for 23 to 30 minutes
