Coconut Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp corn meal
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 c coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 stick oleo

Directions

1. Cream sugar eggs and oleo
2. Add flour meal vanilla coconut and pineapple
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell
4. Bake slow
5. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip
