Coconut Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 23 c shortening
- 5 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 pkg Angel Flake coconut
Directions
- Cream sugar oleo and shortening
- Add eggs
- Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternately with milk
- Then add the coconut
- Bake in angel cake pan at 350 for 1 12 hours
