Coconut Prize Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines coconut surprise cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c water
- 12 c Crisco oil
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly
- Cool for 15 minutes right side up
- Remove from pan
