Coconut Sheet Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (18 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding
  • coconut

Directions

  1. Mix and bake cake as directed.
  2. Boil pineapple, juice and sugar for 5 minutes.
  3. Prick holes in hot cake and pour boiled mixture over top of cake.
  4. Prepare pudding and spread on cooled cake.
  5. Top with Cool Whip and coconut.
