Coconut Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (18 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding
- coconut
Directions
- Mix and bake cake as directed.
- Boil pineapple, juice and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Prick holes in hot cake and pour boiled mixture over top of cake.
- Prepare pudding and spread on cooled cake.
- Top with Cool Whip and coconut.
