Coconut Yule Trees
Ingredients
- 2 c flaked coconut
- 2 c confectioners sugar
- 14 c butter or margarine softened
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 to 4 oz dark chocolate confectioners coating
- green sugar and red hot candies
Directions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients mix well
- Drop by tablespoon onto a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet
- Chill for 1 hour
- Shape into trees
