Coeur A La Creme

Ingredients
- 5 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 14 c powdered sugar
- 1 c heavy cream
Directions
- Soften cream cheese beat with electric mixer
- Add vanilla continue beating gradually adding sugar
- Whip cream until stiff fold into cheese mixture
- Line mold form with cheesecloth spoon mixture into mold
- Overlap cheesecloth over top
- Chill at least 24 hours put plate under mold to catch liquid
- Serve with berries berry sauce or fresh fruit
