Coeur A La Creme

Ingredients

  • 5 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c heavy cream

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese beat with electric mixer
  2. Add vanilla continue beating gradually adding sugar
  3. Whip cream until stiff fold into cheese mixture
  4. Line mold form with cheesecloth spoon mixture into mold
  5. Overlap cheesecloth over top
  6. Chill at least 24 hours put plate under mold to catch liquid
  7. Serve with berries berry sauce or fresh fruit
