Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 sticks Parkay margarine
- 2 c brown sugar packed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c regular flour
- 34 c pecan pieces
- 1 c sour cream
- ground cinnamon
Directions
- Mix flour and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl
- Cut in the Parkay and add the nuts Mix in egg and soda Press half of mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
