Coffee Can Apple Bread

Ingredients

• 4 c pared diced apples
• 1 c pecan pieces
• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp allspice
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 34 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c butter melted
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs beaten

Directions

1. Grease and flour 2 1 pound coffee cans
2. In a medium bowl mix together apples pecans and sugar
3. Let stand 1 hour but stir frequently
