Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 c flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Dissolve coffee in 1 cup boiling water
  2. Separate the eggs Beat yolks
  3. Add 1 12 cups sugar
