Ingredients

  • 2 lb white potatoes
  • 2 12 tsp salt
  • 3 c cut kale or 1 pkg spinach
  • 3 Tbsp minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 18 tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to hot 400
  2. Peel potatoes cut into quarters Place in saucepan with water and salt
  3. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
