Colcannon With Kale Or Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 lb white potatoes
- 2 12 tsp salt
- 3 c cut kale or 1 pkg spinach
- 3 Tbsp minced onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 18 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 Tbsp milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to hot 400
- Peel potatoes cut into quarters Place in saucepan with water and salt
- Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
- Drain and mash
