Cold Avocado Soup
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 12 pt heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground oregano
Directions
- Peel and slice avocado and put in blender
- Add heavy cream lemon juice and salt
- Blend until smooth
- Place in soup bowls and sprinkle with oregano
- Serves 2
