Cold Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg cornbread mix prepared as directed
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 13 c celery diced
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
• 2 tomatoes chopped
• 1 c salad dressing
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Crumble cornbread salt and pepper to taste
2. Add onions green pepper celery and bacon
3. Stir in tomatoes just before serving then add salad dressing
