Cold Peach Soup
Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches peeled and pureed or 2 large jars baby peaches
- 14 c sugar
- 2 c milk
- 2 Tbsp cream
- 12 c plain yogurt
- dash of nutmeg
- mint sprigs
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender until frothy
- Pour into soup bowls
- Garnish with nutmeg and mint sprigs
- Serve as a side dish to any spicy entree
