Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1 12 c cabbage and carrots shaved
• 1 Tbsp raisins
• 2 oz apples 12 small unpeeled
• 6 to 8 oz plain yogurt
• 3 pkg Equal
• dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
