Colorado Marble

Ingredients

• 3 bars German sweet chocolate
• 6 Tbsp hot water
• 6 eggs separated
• 2 c whipping cream whipped
• 1 angel food cake
• 6 Tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 box frozen raspberries thawed

Directions

1. Melt German sweet chocolate in 6 tablespoons hot water
2. Add egg yolks to hot mixture one at a time stirring quickly so they dont curdle
3. Add powdered sugar
4. Set aside in pan of cool water to cool
5. Beat egg whites whip whipping cream
6. Fold together Combine with chocolate mixture
