Colorado Marble

Ingredients
- 3 bars German sweet chocolate
- 6 Tbsp hot water
- 6 eggs separated
- 2 c whipping cream whipped
- 1 angel food cake
- 6 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 box frozen raspberries thawed
Directions
- Melt German sweet chocolate in 6 tablespoons hot water
- Add egg yolks to hot mixture one at a time stirring quickly so they dont curdle
- Add powdered sugar
- Set aside in pan of cool water to cool
- Beat egg whites whip whipping cream
- Fold together Combine with chocolate mixture
