Colorful Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp ground cumin
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 11 oz can Mexicorn drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
- 14 c thinly sliced red onion
Directions
- In a bowl combine the first six ingredients mix well
- Add the beans corn and onion stir to coat
- Cover and refrigerate until serving
- Yield 6 servings
