Ingredients

• 1 lb brown sugar light or dark
• 2 c self-rising flour
• 1 12 c pecan pieces
• 4 large eggs
• 1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place brown sugar in a pot on the stove top at medium heat
3. Add eggs and stir
4. Sugar should start to dissolve
5. Stir in the flour one cup at a time
6. Add vanilla to taste and stir
7. Add pecans and stir
8. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased with oleo
9. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes
10. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar
11. Cool cut and serve
