Company Cabbage

Ingredients
- 5 c shredded cabbage
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 12 c sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 13 c chopped pecans
Directions
- In large saucepan heat bouillon in 14 cup water until dissolved
- Add cabbage carrots onion 12 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper toss to mix
- Cook covered 5 to 10 minutes or until tender
- Combine butter mustard and pecans and pour over vegetables toss to mix
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Serves 6 to 8
