Company Coming Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 12 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 18 crushed soda crackers
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until foamy
2. Add cream of tartar
3. Beat until stiff
4. Add sugar
5. Fold in vanilla crackers and nuts
6. Put in buttered pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
