Company Ham Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz box thin spaghetti
• 2 Tbsp minced onions
• 6 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 c milk
• 1 c half and half
• 1 c chicken broth
• 3 c cooked diced ham
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 14 c Parmesan cheese grated
• 1 10 oz box frozen peas

Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti drain rinse and set aside
2. Saute onions lightly in butter or margarine in pan stir in flour
3. Stir in broth milk and half and half
4. Cook stirring until thickened Take off heat
