Company Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 12 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 c real mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices bacon
Directions
- Boil potatoes in skin peel and slice
- Shred cheese
- Dice onion fine
- Mix all but bacon
- Place in casserole with partially cooked bacon chopped on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- May be made ahead
- If stored add 15 minutes more baking time
- May be frozen
