Company Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 lb bag hash brown potatoes
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped bell pepper red or green
Directions
- Using a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish melt butter in the dish Pour in the frozen hash brown potatoes and put aside
- In a bowl mix the Cheddar cheese sour cream cream of mushroom soup onion and bell pepper together
- Pour the cheese mixture over top of the hash browns
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top and cover Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 minutes
- Take out of oven let stand for about 5 minutes before serving
